Rental Requirements

  • A $40 non-refundable application/credit/background check fee per adult - money order or cashier's check.

  • Copy of driver's license and/or state I.D., social security card and employment I.D.

  • Completed Verification of Employment from employer

The following must be returned with your application(s) in order to begin processing.

  • Two of your most recent check stubs (original). If you are self-employed, a copy pf your tax returns for the last two years or 1099s must be submitted. 
  • The apartment is secured with a $300.00 rent deposit; we accept cashier's check or money order only. Please make the check payable to "New Venture Realty". 
  • Balance of rent is due upon the move-in, in a cashier's check or money order. 
  • Rent deposits are due within 3 days after you have been accepted for the apartment. As long as you sign a lease your deposit will go toward your rent. 
  • A move-in fee of $400.00 is required to rent the apartment. The move-in fee is due at the time of lease signing and is not refundable.

- A move in fee of $400 is due at lease signing.  The move in fee is not a security deposit and is not refundable.

$650 - $700           $1,625 - $1,750 

$700 - $750           $1,750 - $1,875 

$750 - $800           $1,875 - $2,000 

$800 - $850           $2,000 - $2,125

$850 - $900           $2,125 - $2,250

$900+                   $2,250 +

 

Late Fees

If your rent is paid after the 5th of the month, please add the following amount to your rent.

 

- $600 - $699                             add $15

- $700 - $799                             add $20

- More than $800                        add $25
